Scott Setzer was a four-year member of the wrestling team from 1993-96 under head coach Hank Shaw. A NCAA Division II All-American in 1995, Setzer ended his career as the all-time winningest wrestler in school history with 88 victories. The only wrestler in school history to be twice selected as the Mansfield University Winter Athlete of the Year, Setzer earned the honor during his junior and senior seasons. Setzer ranks seventh in all-time winning-percentage winning 67.6% of his matches. His 26 victories in 1994 are the third-most in a single-season in school history. Setzer’s 22 wins in 1995 and 21 victories in 1996 each rank among the top ten in school history.
