Grego was a four-year starter on the defensive and offensive line for the Mountaineers after transferring for Penn State. A three-time All-PSAC East selection, Grego earned All-PSAC, All-ECAC and All-American honors as an offensive tackle as was a free agent signee with the Philadelphia Eagles later that year.
