Mansfield University Athletic Hall of Fame
Longpre` was a four-year starter for the men’s basketball team from 2001-2004 and a rare four-year All-PSAC East selection. A feared long-distance shooter, Longpre` ranked among the national 3-point leaders in all four years at Mansfield and still holds the MU career 3-point field goal record (301) while ranking second in school history in scoring (1765 points). After graduation, Longpre` played professionally with Welland in the Ontario Professional Basketball Association and with the Milton Keynes Lions in the British Basketball League.
