Mansfield Athletics

Bernard Feldman won 11 letters at Mansfield between 1936 and 1939, including four in football and four in baseball. Feldman was a member of the undefeated 1938 football team that posted an 8-0 record and won the State Championship. The '38 team allowed opponents to score just two points during the entire season.
 
Feldman was one of the leading scorers in the nation in 1938, earning honorable mention Little All-American honors. He was dubbed 'one of the best blocking backs Mansfield had ever seen' in the 1939 Corantowan.
