Mansfield Athletics

Overfield played left guard at Mansfield during the 1894-1895 football seasons. He went on to the University of Pennsylvania where he was the starting center for the Quakers from 1896 through 1899. A three-time Walter Camp All-American selection at Penn, Overfield’s teams won 32 straight games.
