Pool Membership
*All CURRENT students, faculty, and staff of Mansfield University have free access to the pool.
Dependents of any faculty and staff also have free access.*

Allows access to the pool for any forty days.

| Daily Visit |

Allows entrance to the pool for the day.

Membership Form
1. Print out the membership registration form above.
2. Fill in all the information on the form and select the membership program you wish to enroll in (if you are enrolling for multiple semesters please indicate on the form).
3. Mail both the registration form and payment to:
