Four-year member of the Mansfield football team, starting three of those seasons. Second-Team All-PSAC Defensive Lineman as a junior and senior. Member of one of the most successful programs in MU football history, leading a defensive unit that helped the team finish 8-3 in 2003. Sits just outside the top-10 for career sacks at MU with 10. Named to ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District II 1st-Team in 2005. Also named Don Hansen’s Football Gazette NCAA DII All-Northeast Region Team. Brought home PSAC East Defensive Player of the Week following a game with Clarion on Sept. 17, 2005 where he finished with 11 tackles (seven solo), a forced fumble, and three pass breakups. Finished third on the team in tackles as a junior and senior. Forced a team-high two fumbles during sophomore season. Broke onto the scene as a sophomore where he switched from full back to defensive end and made an immediate impact, finishing seventh on the team with 49 tackles. Went on to start the remaining 32 games of his career.
