MANSFIELD, Pa. - On Saturday (Sept. 13), the No. 9 Mansfield field hockey team will be hosting a "Morgan's Message" game in support of mental health awareness. The Mountaineers will be "Taking A Shot At Mental Health ®," tomorrow when they host Frostburg State at 1 p.m. at Karl Van Norman Field.

Morgan's Message strives to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health within the student-athlete community and equalize the treatment of physical and mental health in athletics. They aim to expand the dialogue on mental health by normalizing conversations, empowering those who suffer in silence, and supporting those who feel alone.

For Mansfield, this game serves as their fourth home contest to open their nationally ranked campaign. The Bobcats continue their road trip to open 2025, looking for their first win on the new season.
