MANSFIELD, Pa. - Head Coach Brittany Hansrote and the Mansfield Mountaineers field hockey program have announced its 18-game schedule for the 2024 season.
 
The Mounties season will consist of seven home games, three neutral site games, and six road contests after the first weekend tournament.
 
Mansfield is set to open the season on September 7 and 8 when they travel to St. Michaels College for the Annual Fall Field Hockey Classic. Mansfield takes on Southern Connecticut at 2:00 p.m. on Sept. 7 before closing the weekend with Saint Michaels at 11 a.m. on Sept. 8.
 
The Mounties are away from home through September with neutral site matchups with Lander (September 13 @ Frostburg State) and Newberry (September 21 @ Slippery Rock) and road trips to Bloomsburg (September 15) and D'Youville (September 18).
 
Mansfield's home opener is a non-conference bout with West Chester on September 25. The open conference play with newcomer Frostburg State on September 28.
 
The Mountaineers have two non-conference games in October as the take on Maryville on October 3 at Messiah University, and host Roberts Wesleyan on October 9.
 
The team will finish October with four road conference games and three home conference matchups.
 
The final regular season game will be on November 1 as Mansfield hosts Millersville.
