LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – Austin Lewis of the Mansfield Mountaineers baseball team earned the prestigious honor of being named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division Pitcher of the Week, the conference office announced on Tuesday afternoon (Mar. 5). 

Lewis tossed out his best performance of his Mountie season this past weekend at the DII Challenge against Saint Thomas Aquinas College in Mansfield's 5-4 win. 

On Saturday (Mar. 2), the Altoona native struck out 13 batters across five innings of work, while only allowing three hits and no walks.

This will solidify Lewis's first victory of the season as his relief performance helped keep the Trojans off the scoreboard while he was on the mound.
