LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - Skylar Brown has been named Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Track Athlete of the Week for the second time this indoor season after a great showing at the RIT Friday Invite.
 
Brown took victory in both the 60-meter and 200-meter dashes at the event. She clocked in a time of 7.70 in the finals of the 60-meter dash.
 
She finished with a time of 24.93 in the 200-meter dash. With RIT being a flat track, the conversion time of 24.55, which is an NCAA provisional time.
 
Brown will compete in both events at the PSAC Indoor Championships from Sunday, Feb. 18-19.
