ITHACA, N.Y. – Three athletes of the Mansfield University men's track and field team put in top-ten program mark performances to highlight a solid showing at the Marc Deneault Invitational, hosted by Cornell University, on Saturday, Feb. 18.

Christian Tanner ran the second fastest 1000-meter run in program history with a time of 2:29.25. He was the top finisher in the event as well.
David Wootten also competed in the event finishing fifth with a time of 2:39.46.

Seth Neal finished fifth in the 600-meter dash with a time of 1:25.02. That time is fourth fastest in program history.Â

Jackson Doughty ran the seventh fastest 200-meter dash in school history after clocking in at 23.15, which was good for fourth in the event.Â

Doughty also finished sixth in the 400-meter dash with a time of 51.68. Terrence Quaker finished one spot ahead with a time of 51.46, and Conner Bridwell finished 23
rd with a time of 54.86.Â

The qualified Mounties will compete next in the PSAC Championships from Feb. 25-26, at Bucknell University.Â
