2023-24 - (Outdoor) Ran in four meets on the outdoor portion... Set season best in the 3000 with a time of 10:36.43 at the Bucknell Team Challenge... Second in the 10,000 with a time of 34:41.15 at the Jim Taylor Invite

2023-24 - (Indoor) Competed in four meets in four events… started at the Southern Tier Invite in the 1000m with a time of 2:52.83… followed up with a season best of 4:47.56 in the mile at the Highlander Invitational… finished out the season at the 2024 YSU Indoor Mid Major Invite in the 3000m with a time of 9:53.39. 

2022-23 - (Outdoor) Competed in four meets… Set PR in 1500 (4:29.89) at Cortland Classic…ran 5K at Maroon and Gold Invite with time of 17:19.57.

2022-23 - (Indoor) Competed in six meets. Ran PR in the 1K (2:50.03) at the Bison Open and Multi. Set PR in the 3K at the SPIRE Collegiate Indoor games….PR in the 5K (16:50.70) at the Marc Deneault Invitational.

2021-22 - (Outdoor) Competed in one event on the season … competed at the Jim Taylor invitational in the 5k.

2021-22 - (Indoor) Competed in 6 events on the season … started the season at the Al Hall Freedom games in the 3k … competed at the Kane invitational setting a PR in the 5k (17:10.24) … competed at the VMI classic setting a PR in the 3k (9:40.42) … Finished the season at the Bucknell Tune up having two PR’s in the 800(2:12.83) and mile (4:47.92).
