2024-25 (Outdoor) – Apart of the newly established distance medley relay record with 11:43.14 … Finished 18th at the PSAC Championships in the 800-meter and competed in the the 4 x 400-meter relay … Competed in the 400-meter (52.83), 1,500 (4:11.19) and 800 (1:57.25).

2024-25 (Indoor) – Competed in the PSAC Championship in the 4 x 400-meter relay and the distance medley relay … Competed in multiple events for the Mounties including high jump (1.62 meters), 1,000-meter (3:42.03) and 800-meter (2:06.04)

2023-24 - (Outdoor) Earned a victory at the Mid Week Quad-Meet in the 800... Three more top five finishes on the outdoor portion... Season best in the mile with a time of 4:30.75 at the Bison Outdoor Classic... 1:56.77 in the 800 for his season best at the Bucknell Team Challenge... 16th in the 800 at the PSAC Outdoor Championships

2023-24 - (Indoor) Competed at five meets in seven events… started the season at the Southern Tier Invite in the 500m with a time of 1:10.10… continued the season at the Highlander Invitational in the mile (4:48.66)… placed 12th at the 2024 YSU Indoor Mid Major in the 4x400m with a time of 3:37.79… finished first in both events at the RIT February Friday Invitational in the 800m (2:00.39) and 4x400m (3:37.58)… ended the season at the PSAC Indoor Track & Field in the 4x400m with a time of 3:40.34. 

2022-23 - (Outdoor) PSAC Qualifier in 800-meter dash…earned PR and first collegiate victory in the 800-meter dash (1:57.00) at the LHU Qualifier… Competed in seven meets in the season… set PR in the 1500-meter run (4:17.55) at Susquehanna Easter Invite… set new 3000-meter run PR (9:23.18) at Bison Outdoor Classic… ran season best 3K Steeplechase at Cortland Classic (10:31.73) 

2022-23 - (Indoor) Competed in 12 meets on the season. Member of fifth place DMR team at the PSAC Championships (10:18.54)… ran fourth fastest 600-meter dash in program history (1:25.02) at Marc Deneault Invite… set PR in the mile (4:42.00) at Kane Invitational… Set 1000-meter run PR (2:41.88) at Bison Open and Multi… ran season best 800-meter run (2:02.33) at SPIRE Collegiate Indoor Games.. member of 4x400-meter dash team twice with the best time coming at the Bison Open and Multi. (3:35.81).

2021-22 - (Outdoor) Competed in eight races on the season … started the season at the Jim Taylor Invitational in the 1500 (4:23.74) … Had a PR in the 1500 (4:20.89) at the 39^th Millersville Metrics … had a PR at the 17^th annual Paul Kaiser classic in the 3k (9:31.67) … finished the season at the PSAC Outdoor Championships in the 3k steeple chase with a PR of 10:14.69.

2021-22 - (Indoor) Competed in 10 events on the season … started the season at the AL Hall Freedom Games with a PR in the 3k (10:06.01) …  competed at the VMI classic in the 1k (2:47.43) and the Mile (4:49.09) both in which were PR’s … finished the season at Bucknell tune up with a PR in the 800 (2:01.83) and the PSAC Indoor Track and Field Championships in the DMR

High School - Letterwinner on the Williamson track and field and cross country team ... member of the High Honor Roll ... Track and Field Tioga Publishing Up and Coming All-Star in 2019 ... ran a personal best in the 1600-meter of 4:47.66 ... Cross Country Tioga Publishing 1st-Team All-Star in 2020, Wellsboro Gazette Athlete of the Week (10/01/2020), 2nd-Team All-Star (2018-19), NTL 1st-Team All-Star (2020), All-Regional Team (2020) ... plans to study digital media and sports information ... son of James and Sabrina Neal.
