MILLERSVILLE, Pa.- The Mansfield University Track and Field has 13 individual athletes qualified and set for the 2022 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC)Â Outdoor Track & Field Championships held from May 12-14 at Millersville University.

DISTANCE
Freshman
David Wootten and sophomore
Abraham Calderon will open championships on Thursday night competing under-the-lights in the 10K. Wootten comes in ranked 21
st with a best time of 33:39.06 and Calderon is 24
th with a best 33:50.78.
Freshman
Seth Neal and junior
Shelby Alexander and sophomore
Bailey Morgan will close out Friday competing in the 3K steeplechase. Neal ranks 15
th in the conference on the men's side with a best of 10:20.07. Â Alexander and Morgan rank 14
th (12:42.84) and 16
th (12:49.74) on the women's side.

SPRINTS
Senior
Sean Ringgold will look to defend his outdoor 200-meter dash crown. Ringgold's best time on the year is 21.74 which is 0.05 seconds away from the Mansfield school record. He will also compete in the 400-meter dash where he currently sits at fourth with a best time of 48.95.
Freshman
Aliyah Serrano will compete in the 100- and 200-meter dashes. Serrano currently sits tied third (12.29) and fourth (24.87) respectively.
Junior
Skylar Brown will compete in both the 100- and 200-meter dashes as well. Brown ranks 11
th (12.44) and 13
th (25.86) in those events.
Mansfield will compete in the relay events, on the women's side both the 4x100 and 4x400 will consist of Serrano, Brown, and freshmen
Abigail Taylor and
Island Blanche.
For the men, they will pull from Ringgold, juniors
Terrance Quaker and
Brenden Sofo, and freshmen
Jackson Doughty and
Aaron Thomas and could have an additional pull in senior
Donoven Cook for the 4x400 relay.
FIELD
Taylor looks to take a second place indoor PSAC Championship finish into this outdoor championship. She currently sits in third in the PSAC with a school record jump of 11.67 meters.
Cook sits in 18
th in the long jump coming off an injury suffered at the championship meet in the indoor season.
Junior
Rylie Mong (3.35m) and senior
Ben Chambers (3.65m) will compete in the pole vault. They both sit at 12
th in the conference on the women's and men's side. Junior
Madison Fox qualified in the high jump.
NEXT UP
Any Individual who qualifies will compete at the DII National Championship will compete May 26-28 in Allendale Mich. Hosted by Grand Valley State.
