BIJELO POLJE, Montenegro – Mansfield University men's basketball standout
Tyler Moffe '20 has signed a professional basketball contract with KK Jedinstvo of the EuroLeague.
KK Jedinstvo compete in the Erste League, which is one of the top leagues of professional basketball in Bijelo Polje, Montenegro.
Moffe spent three seasons with the Mountaineers from 2017-20, starting 60 of the 61 games he appeared in, averaging 12.3 points, 4.2 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game.
Native of Elmira, N.Y., Moffe had a breakout season as a junior, leading the Mounties and ranking 14th in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) in scoring at 16.8 points per game. Moffe reached double figures in scoring in 25 of 28 games, while scoring 20 or more points ten times, including a season-high 31 point performance in the Mounties 88-80 win over Bloomsburg
After graduating from Mansfield, Moffe transferred to NCAA Division-I The Citadel, where he started 53 games as the team's point guard, averaging 10.5 points, 4.1 assists and 3.6 rebounds per game. Moffe poured in 22 points in The Citadel's Southern Conference Tournament opening round victory last season.
Moffe started his collegiate career with DI Buffalo University where he redshirted before transferring to Jamestown Community College for his freshman season. Moffe joined the Mounties for his sophomore year in 2017-18.
Moffe graduated from MU with a bachelor of science degree in business in 2020.
