FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Mansfield Basketball Hosts Senior Day Saturday – Super Saturday Sendoff at Decker Gymnasium Also includes Mansfield Area Chamber of Commerce and W. L. Miller Elementary Day

MANSFIELD – The Mansfield University women's and men's basketball teams hope to wrap up the 2013-14 regular season with a bang when they host Bloomsburg for Senior Day this Saturday afternoon on First Citizens Community Bank Court at Decker Gymnasium.

Senior 1,000 point scorer Jena Matter of the women's team along with seniors Charles Becoats, Kevonte McClain, Onyema Utti and Xavier Warner will be honored in pregame ceremonies. The women's game tips-off at 1 p.m. followed by the men's game at 3 p.m.

The Super Saturday Sendoff Celebration in Decker Gymnasium also includes Basketball Alumni Day, Mansfield Area Chamber of Commerce Day and W.L. Miller Elementary School Day. Free tickets are available at the Mansfield Area Chamber of Commerce office located at 51 S. Main Street next to Gregory's.

The Mountie Sound Machine – one of the top pep banks in NCAA Division II -- and the MU Cheerleaders will provide a raucous atmosphere with PSECU shootouts and contest scheduled for halftime of both games.
