FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Field Hockey Falls to No. 9 Limestone

GAFFNEY, S.C. – Limestone's Rachel Goromonzi recorded a hat trick to lead No. 9 Limestone past Mansfield 6-0 Sunday afternoon in the regular season finale for both teams.

Goromonzi opened the scoring in the 12^th minute with an unassisted goal. She added goals in the 59^th and 61^st minutes to record her second hat trick of the season.

Nicolle Grant, Casey Werkheiser and Kayla Marrie each scored goals in the game for Limestone as well.

Mansfield was led offensively by senior Taryn Schawillie who totaled seven shots with four going on goal. Junior Lacey Croasdale recorded three shots with two on goal.

Emily Heinamen and Jessi Swingle each put a shot on goal also.

Mansfield finishes with a 5-13 overall record and a 1-9 PSAC mark.
