BOX SCORE

WASHINGTON, DC – Yuseff Carr and Derrison Anthony each scored 19 points and Mansfield tightened down defensively to rally from a 10-point second half deficit to beat the District of Columbia 82-68 Saturday evening.

“We scored 82 points, but we won with our defense,” said head coach Rich Miller. “We held them to 26 points in the second half and scored a lot of our points during transition set up by our defense. Kurtis Levere and Chuck Harper really gave us a nice lift in the second half off the bench.”

Mansfield held an early 21-12 led but UDC rallied to take a 42-38 lead at halftime.
