MANSFIELD, Pa. - The Mansfield Mountaineer field hockey program had five student-athletes named to the 2026 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District At-Large Team, the organization announced on Tuesday (June, 16).
 
Jenna Duke, Melanie Esh, Maura Kulp, Kathleen Marchiani, and Leah Toskey represented the Mountaineers on the list. 
 
The CSC Academic All-District At-Large Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. 
 
To be eligible an undergraduate student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average. For the sport of field hockey, Eligible nominees must compete in 90 percent of the institution's games played OR must start in at least 66 percent of the institution's games.
 
College Sports Communicators Academic All-District® Women's At-Large teams
 
Duke earned a 3.76 GPA. She started all 18 games for the Mounties and led the team with 14 goals, six assists, and 34 points. She was named to Second Team All-PSAC and has advanced to the All-American ballot.
 
 Esh earned a 3.95 GPA. She started all 18 games for the Mounties playing a total of 959 minutes. Esh collected one goal and four assists. 
 
Kulp secured 3.63 GPA. Kulp appeared in 17 games for the Mounties as a key rotation defender. She played a total of 224 minutes.
 
Marchiani earned a GPA of 3.72. She started all 18 games for the Mounties and collected four goals.
 
Toskey achieved a 3.60 GPA. She started all 18 games for the Mounties where she collected four goals and two assists for 10 points.
