MANSFIELD, Pa. – The Mansfield Mountaineer cross country program has announced their 2025 schedule, featuring seven meets, including two championship events.

Under head coach Nick Mattis, the season opener will be on September 6 at Edinboro for the Doug Watts Open. 

The red and black will travel to Penn State Behrend on September 13 for the night competition at the Behrend Twilight Invitational. 

After a week absence, the Mountaineers make the short trip to the Lock Haven Invitational for the September 27 morning run. 

Lehigh University will host the 51st annual Paul Short Run, marking the major meet for the Mounties on October 4.  

Rounding out the last regular season meet, the team travels to Houghton University for the Highlander Invitational on October 11.

October 25 starts the postseason races with the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Cross Country Championships hosted at Edinboro University, followed by the Atlantic Region Championships on November 8.
