BLOOMSBURG, Pa. - The Mansfield Mountaineers Men's track and field team accomplish massive achievements at the Maroon and Gold Invite, hosted by Bloomsburg on Friday, April. 25.
Cahsid Raymond broke another school record in his first-year debut with an astounding performance in the 200 – meter taking first with 21.47. Pius Adomako joined finishing sixth at 23.17 and
Khyre Inman collected a personal best of 24.75 in 12
th.Â
Multiple team members ran the 100-meter including Raymond (first – 10.58), Holmes (sixth – 11.64), Gibson (12
th – 12.22),
Joshua Culver (14
th – 12.66) and
Michael Beals (15
th -14.35)
Jackson Doughty ran a time of 50.30 in the 400-meters.
Jonathan McDannell added personal bests in the 110-meter hurdles in fourth place with 15.81 and third with 1:00.17 in the 400-meter hurdles.
Seth Neal,
Nathaniel Welch and
Greysen Kupsky came across the line at second with 1:57.25, fifth with 2:02 and 11
th with 2:18.11 in the 800-meter.Â
Derek Simpson finished the 5000-meter with 17:04.28 in 10
th place and
Rylan Ebner ended with a personal best of 17:16.35 in 11
th.
The quartet of
Marcus Quaker, Adomako, McDannell and Raymond finished second with a time of 42.87.
The A-team of the 4 x 400-meter relay consisted of Quaker, Sheriff, Adomako and Neal took first with 3:25.18, While the B-team of Raymond, Holmes, Gibson and Culver took seventh with 3:42.58Â
Greysen Kupsky competed in javelin finishing with a mark of 32.50 meters in 11
th place.Â
Quaker added discus to his events for the day placing sixth with 33.58 meters.  Beals competed alongside Quaker with taking eighth with 18.07 meters.
Ajani Gibson took on triple jump with a distance of 11.97 meters in sixth and Jerry Holmes in high jump with 1.67 meters in fourth.
