2024-25 (Outdoor) – Apart of the newly established distance medley relay record with 11:43.14 … Ran the 800-meter (2:17.82), 1,500-meter (4:41.98), 5,000-meter (17:04.28) and the 10,000-meter (35:52.75).

2024-25 (Indoor) – Competed in multiple events for the Mounties including the 1,000-meter (3:05.82), the 3,000-meter (10:04.86) and the 5,000-meter (17:10.80).

2023-24 - (Outdoor) Competed in three events across three meets... Finished second in the 3000 at the Big Red Invite... Took home fourth place in the 3000 at the Jim Taylor Invite with a time of 10:26.69.

2023-24 - (Indoor) Competed at four meets in four events… started the season at the Southern Tier Invite in the mile with a time of 4:49.24… finished the season placing second in the 5000m with a time of 16:20.26 at Highlander Invitational. 

2022-23 - (Outdoor) PSAC Qualifier in the 3K Steeplechase… finished 13^th at the PSAC Championships (10:21.48)... Competed in seven meets… Set PR in Steeplechase at St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic… established pr in 10K at Colonial relays (34:15.00)

2022-23 - (Indoor) Competed in seven meets… set 1K PR (2:49.48) at Annual Bison Open and Multi… ran 4:45.87 mile PR at Kane Invitational… Ran 3K at SPIRE Indoor Invitational… 5K PR at Marc Deneault Invite (16:40.56).
