MILLERSVILLE, Pa. – The Mansfield Mountaineers men's basketball team (0-2) competed against Virginia Union University (1-1) in the final day of the Ron Wilson Classic for a final score of 75-51, Saturday, Nov. 15.

Juju Pagan lead the Mountaineers with 11 points and five rebounds.
Diarmid Stewart tied Pagan for the lead with 11 points and five rebounds as well.Â
Virginia Union applied consistent pressure throughout the first half, balancing long drives with solid defensive stands.Â
Mansfield responded with a handful of timely plays but couldn't maintain momentum.Â
The Panthers took advantage of multiple scoring opportunities to widen the gap, to led 29-15 at halftime.
Mansfield showed brief bursts in the second half, but Virginia Union continued to execute efficiently.Â
The Panthers extended their lead with strong perimeter play and defensive pressure, closing out the game with a 75-51 victory.
