BLOOMSBURG Pa.- The Mansfield Mountaineer men's track and field team had three athletes come away with victories at the Maroon and Gold Invite, hosted by Bloomsburg on Saturday, April 29.

Sean Ringgold won both the 100- and 200-meter dashes. His time for the 100 was 11.10. He was joined by
Michael Ho (5th, 12.09) and
Michael Beals (6th, 14.10)

Ringgold's time in the 200 was 21.99. Ho finished eighth in the race with a time of 24.49.

Christian Tanner won the 800-meter run with a time of 1:53.59. That time is the third fastest in program history.

Jackson Doughty was the victor in the 400-meter dash, with a time of 49.98, with that time being the eighth fastest in program history.
Connor Bridwell finished ninth with a time of 52.16.

Derek Simpson competed in the 3K steeplechase up at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic. Simpson finished third with a PSAC qualifying time of 10:17.28.

Back in Bloomsburg, four athletes, took part in the 5K.
Baba Toure was the top Mountaineer finisher, taking eighth with a time of 16:28.25.
Isaac Showers (17:19.57),
Owen Showers (17:53.13), and
Simon Richards (18:17.17) finished packed up ninth through 11th.

The Mounties are back in action on Saturday, May 6 for their final regular season meet the Lock Haven Tune-up.
