MANSFIELD, Pa.- The Mansfield Women's basketball team surged back in the second half but couldn't eclipse the Indiana (PA) Crimson Hawks, falling 82-72 in PSAC Crossover action on Friday Dec. 2 inside Decker Gymnasium.
The Mounties (1-3, 0-1 PSAC) outscored the Hawks (5-0,1-0 PSAC) 26-17 in the final quarter and cut the lead to seven with 33 seconds remaining but couldn't quite overcome the first half 47-28 deficit.

Jasmine Hilton led the Mounties with 19 points to go along with seven rebounds, four steals and two blocks. Senior
Madison Fox had 16 points and was a perfect 6-6 from the foul line.
Emilie Leidig scored nine and was 3-3 from behind the arc.
Kiera Baughman lead the Crimson Hawks with 19 points, and all five starters were in double figures.
Mansfield returns to action Saturday Dec. 3 for a duel with Seton Hill.
