CARY, N.C. –
Colby Schearer homered and

The Mountaineers won both games of the doubleheader by the score of 4-1 as Mansfield (3-1, 0-0 PSAC) took the weekend series winning 3-of-4 over the Greyhounds.
Â
In the opener,
J.P. Bonanca walked and later scored on an error in the top of the first inning before

Tyler Guidos shut the door on the Greyhounds for the win.
Â
DePrimo pitched 5.0 shutout innings with five hits allowed to go along with four strikeouts.
Â
In game two, Mansfield struck first again with Schearer singling through the middle and later scoring on a wild pitch. However, Assumption would tie the game in the bottom of the third.

Â
In the next inning,

Carlos Espinosa.
Â
