MANSFIELD – Mansfield University women's basketball welcomes Cheyney to First Citizens Community Bank at Decker Gymnasium on Wednesday.

Mansfield is coming off back-to-back PSAC wins over Shippensburg and Bloomsburg, a feat that has not been achieved since the 2011-12 season. Brielle Kelly recorded her third game with 30 or more points and has gone on a 19-game streak of double figure scoring, dating back to last season.
 
Erin Gibbons went 8-8 from the line on her way to 13 points in Saturday's contest. The freshman averaged 12.0 points this week and has dropped double-figures in her last six games. Senior Mary Kate Rumbaugh grabbed a career-high 14 boards and blocked a season-high three shots.
 
Cheyney comes to Mansfield 4-14 overall and 2-10 in the PSAC with conference wins over Clarion and Lock Haven. TaKayla Ellis led the Wolves in their 80-73 win over Lock Haven on Saturday with a ­game-high 21 points while Marlon Herring went double-double with 18 points and 15 rebounds.

The Mountaineers travel to Millersville and Lock Haven before returning home to host East Stroudsburg on Saturday, Feb. 3.
