Tianna Jackson led Mansfield with 10 points, but a slow start for the Mounties allowed Kutztown to earn a 62-39 PSAC East win Wednesday night at Keystone Arena.

Two of Jackson's three field goals came from beyond the arc as the senior also added a pair of free throws.
Brielle Kelly and
Alyssa Mullins each added eight points.

Alex Heck topped Kutztown (9-16, 6-11 PSAC) with 13 points while Keifonna Ferguson pulled down a game-high 14 rebounds.

The Bears held Mansfield (5-17, 3-15 PSAC) to just seven points in the first half, before the Mountaineers got their offense going in the second with 32 points. Mansfield held a 14-8 advantage in the fourth quarter.

The Mountaineers shot 21.7% (13-60) from the floor with Kutztown hitting 42.6% (26-61) of attempts.

Mansfield travels to red-hot Shippensburg on Saturday.
