ITHACA, N.Y. –
Charlsie Bowen hit a PSAC mark at the Cornell Robert J. Kane Invitational on Sunday to lead Mansfield track & field.
Bowen hit a PSAC time in the 60-meter hurdles with a personal best time of 9.44 to finish ninth overall. The junior's previous PR in the event was 9.56 set last year at the Houghton December Classic. Bowen also took third in the pole vault at 3.45 meters.
Nicholas Auchenbach improved his PR in the 200-meter dash with a time of 23.39 to finish seventh. He also was fourth in the 500-meter run with a PR of 1:08.16.
Jenny Bellefleur was just shy of a PSAC time in the 200m at 27.06.
In the 800-meter run,
Quashaun Jaquay Willis came up just short of a conference time at 2:00.47 to finish ninth.
Tiara Clark and
Marcus Frazier each hit personal records in the 400-meter dash. Clark registered a time of 1:05.76 with Frazier clocking in at 59.23.
Kyle Blose took fourth in the shot put with his best attempt of 14.39 meters.
Hunter Watkins hit a personal best in the shot put at 10.52 meters.
The Mountaineers wrap up the indoor regular season at Penn State next week.
