2015-16-  PSAC Champion in the 800 meter at the conference indoor meet with a personal best time of 1:57.07 ... set a PR at the outdoor Oneonta May Meet 10,000M event with a time of 35:24.48 … Placed 97th at the Bison Outdoor Classes 5000M event with a PR of 15:54.74 … 5th at the indoor Highlander Multi/Open 3000M event with a PR of 9:17.13 … 39th at the indoor GVSU Big Meet mile run setting a PR of 4:35.09. 

2014-15 - Helped the Mounties to a 2nd place finish in the indoor 4x800m relay at the Cornell Deneault Memorial 2015 … finished 3rd in the outdoor 10,000m at the Oneonta May Meet … placed 3rd in the 3000m at the Cornell Outdoor Invitational 2015 … finished 4th in the outdoor mile at the 1st Mountaineer Collegiate & Open Invitational … finished 5th in the indoor 3000m at the Highlander Multi/Open … helped the Mountaineers finish 8th in the 4x400m relay and 9th in the distance medley relay at the PSAC Indoor Track & Field Championships.

2013-14 - Finished 9th with the 4x800 relay team at the Shamrock Invitational 2014 … placed 7th in the 1500m and 9th in the 800m at the Crusader Outdoor Classic … placed 5th with the 4x400 relay team and 9th in the 800m at the 2014 ESU All American Meet … placed 8th in the 1500m at the Maroon and Gold Invite … finished 5th with the 4x800 relay team at the PSAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.  

High School - Member of the cross country and track & field teams at Snow Hill ... two-time 1600m and 3200m regional champion indoor and outdoor track ... cross country regional champion ... named male athlete of the year in 2011 ... Minds in Motion three years ... Army Award Athletic Scholar 2011.
