FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Women's Basketball Hosts #23 Cal and Lincoln in 2014 Finale
 
MANSFIELD – Mountaineer women's basketball will host No. 23 California (Pa.) and Lincoln this Saturday and Sunday in the 2014 finale at Decker Gymnasium.
 
The Mounties are set to take on nationally-ranked Cal in a PSAC crossover game on Saturday at 1 p.m. before squaring off against Lincoln in non-conference action on Sunday at 5 p.m.

Cal enters Saturday's game with a 9-1 overall record and is riding a five-game win streak. The Vulcans are a perfect 6-0 in PSAC play with their lone loss coming against non-conference Findlay. Emma Mahady is fourth in the PSAC and leads four Vulcans in double-figure scoring at 17.0 ppg.
 
Lincoln is 6-2 overall and 4-0 in the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (CIAA), but dropped a 90-87 decision to Goldey-Beacom in its last outing. The Lions are led in scoring by Amani Clark (12.4 ppg) and Courtney Smith (12.3 ppg).
 
Mansfield was edged 77-69 by Seton Hill on Wednesday to fall to 1-8 overall on the season. Senior Katie Fitzpatrick tops the team in scoring at 11.2 points a game followed by sophomore Tianna Jackson at 9.4 ppg.
