FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Ship uses Long Ball to Run Past Mounties
MANSFIELD – Shippensburg's Sarah Strybuc scored a game-high 20 points as the Lady Raiders shot a red-hot 66.7% from 3-point to run past Mansfield 107-65 Saturday afternoon in PSAC East action at First Citizens Community Bank Court at Decker Gymnasium.

Jena Matter connected on seven field goals and a pair of free throws to lead Mansfield with 16 points. With her performance, Matter is just 64 points shy of becoming the 15
th player in program history to hit the 1,000 point milestone.
Alyssa DeRichie recorded 15 points and a game-high seven rebounds for the Mounties.
Megan McSwain was the third Mountaineer in double-figure scoring with 13 points and had career-best four steals.
Strybuc hit three of the Raider's eight 3-pointers to lead Ship in scoring on the day. Four others hit in double-figure scoring for Shippensburg in Caitlyn Deeter (17), Stephanie Knauer (15), Logan Snyder (13), and Morgan Griffith (12).
Lauren Gold dished out a game-high nine assists for the Raiders.
Shippensburg hit four 3-pointers in each half for a season-high 66.7% from beyond the arc in the game.
Mansfield returns to action on Wednesday when it travels to Bloomsburg.
