FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Mounties post wins over Upper Iowa and Minnesota-Crookston in Clearwater Friday

CLEARWATER, FL – Seth Tressler drove in nine runs on the day to lead Mansfield to a 10-6 win over Upper Iowa and 15-4 win over Minnesota-Cookston in Clearwater Friday.

Tressler went 3-5 with a double and drove in four RBI's in the win over Upper Iowa with Jon Taddeo going 2-3 with a double and triple while driving in two runs.

Joey Andrews picked up the win allowing five hits over the first five innings while striking out three.

Mansfield pounded out 14 hits and scored a season-high 15 runs against Minnesota-Crookston.

Tressler went 3-3 with two doubles and drove in five runs to lead the offense. Brandon Miller was 3-4 with three RBI's while Matt Fisher, Joey Andrews and Anthony Renz each had two hits.

Joey Zuniga picked up the win allowing three hits and striking out four over five innings.

Mansfield (4-2) host Minnesota-Crookston in a doubleheader on Saturday.
