Cost: Registration cost is $600 for teams commuting and staying in hotels. Registration cost is $299 fee for teams staying overnight in Residence Halls (Residence Hall rate is $32 per person per night). New residence halls opened in 2014 featuring air conditioning, and carpeting. Rooms include two twin beds, refrigerator, microwave, and a private shower and bath. Special rates at local community pool. All the comforts of a hotel. No other charges or hidden fees. These events will feature two (2) pool play games followed by championship and consolation brackets on Sunday (dependent on number of teams in attendance, 5 or more teams in same bracket). Brackets with 4 teams will play 3 pool games and a Championship game or Consolation game. Brackets with 3 teams will play a double round-robin. All teams are guaranteed at least 4 games (weather permitting). Teams have the option to move up a bracket based on ability level of their team. (Example: 16U playing in the 19U bracket, 14U playing in the 15U bracket, 13U playing in the 14U bracket). All Events are approved metal bats with exception of the Stinger Classic which is wood only. Admission is free. Baseballs will not be provided. Practice opportunities including batting cages will be provided Friday Night at 6pm with games beginning 8am on Saturday morning. Teams staying overnight should plan on staying Friday and Saturday night due to early start times on Saturday morning. We guarantee 4 games under normal circumstances, weather, darkness, bracket seeding, odd number of teams and/or teams declining their consolation game may result in your fourth game not getting played. We reserve the right to combine age brackets change time limits and schedule for the benefit of the greater good of the tournament and its participants.
