WEST CHESTER, Pa. – The Mansfield University men's basketball team competed on January 31, in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference action against West Chester. The Golden Rams secured the win, with a final score 91-66.
Nasir Brown led the Mountaineers with 12 points and seven rebounds off the bench, while Sterling Scott added 11 points.
Jackson Henry chipped in 10 points, and Mani Healey contributed nine points in the effort.
Mansfield kept pace early but West Chester built separation midway through the first half, taking a 52–32 advantage into the break.
The Mountaineers improved offensively in the second half, shooting over 46 percent from the field, but West Chester continued to capitalize in transition and in the paint to maintain control.
Mansfield continued to battle down the stretch, but the Golden Rams secured the 91–66 conference victory.
