BLOOMSBURG. Pa. – The Mansfield women's soccer (0-3) team fell on the road against the Bloomsburg Huskies (3-0), 7-0, on Wednesday (Sept. 10)
Bloomsburg gained momentum early, breaking through the Mansfield defense to score multiple goals in the opening minutes.Â
The Huskies continued to control possession throughout the first half, building a 4-0 lead heading into halftime.
In the second half, Bloomsburg extended its advantage with three additional goals while limiting Mansfield's offensive opportunities.Â
Despite the scoreline, the Mounties' goalkeepers turned in active performances.Â
Serenity Esterline collected three saves in the first half, and Angel Gulé added five saves in the second half.
