LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – On Friday afternoon (Mar. 7), Katie Sheeler represented the Mansfield Mountaineers women's basketball team on the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division Second Team after a breakout sophomore season, announced by the conference office.Â
Sheeler led the PSAC with 73 three-pointers. With 11 games of 20+ points in the regular season, the sophomore averaged 16.6 points, finishing the fourth highest in the conference and sank the fourth most free throws with 117.
Her 73 threes stood as the second most in a single season for the Mounties, while also tying the program record for three-pointers in a game with eight in the final game of the season at Shippensburg.
Playing the third most minutes throughout the conference, the guard also grabbed the ninth most steals on the year with 57.
Sheeler marks the fourth All-Conference member in the Amy Senefelder era.
