KUTZTOWN, Pa.- The Mansfield women's cross country team opened the 2024 season as they competed in the DII/DIII Challenge hosted by Kutztown University.
Carrie Claypool was the top Mountaineer harrier finishing 31
st with a 6K time of 25:09.40.
Marissa Allen crossed the line as the second Mountie, finishing with a time of 25:58.45 (57
th).
Angie Colon finished with a time of 27:22.21 (80
th).
Anissa Lytle and
Libby Moore rounded out the Mansfield unit with times of 29:15.14 (104
th) and 32:40.35 (124
th) respectively.
The Mountaineers are back in action Saturday Sept. 28 as they compete at the Lock Haven Invitational.
