The Mansfield Mountaineer women's cross country team competed in the Houghton Highlander Invitational hosted by Houghton University, on Saturday Oct. 12.
 
In the 6K race, Carrie Claypool was the top Mountaineer finishers earning 13^th with a time of 23:53.8.
 
Marissa Allen and Angie Colon were the next two harriers in for Mounties finishing in 34^th and 37^th, with times of 25:27.6 and 25:43.2 respectively.
 
Anissa Lytle finished 75^th with a time of 29:12.6.
 
Libby Moore and Makayla Robicheaux rounded out the finishers with times of 30:27.2, and 32:09.8.
 
Mansfield is back in action for the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Championships on Oct. 26^th, hosted by Kutztown University.
