Terrance Quaker broke an 11-year 4x400 meter relay school record for the Mansfield Mountaineer men's track and field team on the final day of the 2023 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Championships, on Saturday, May 13.

The quartet came in with a time of 3:20.02 to finish seventh in race. Quaker had a career best in his anchor leg split of 48.84. Which would be the third fastest time in program history in an open 400-meter dash.

The team time takes a little over a second off the previous record of 3:21.11 set back in 2012.

Ringgold also closed out his career with a sixth-place finish in the 200-meter dash with a time of 21.95. Ringgold goes down as a record holder in four events through indoor and outdoor, while appearing in the top-10 list in six events at Mansfield.

Christian Tanner competed in two events, finding the podium in the 800-meter dash with a seventh-place finish. His time for the final was 1:59.95.

Tanner started the day with a 17
th place finish in the 1500-meter run, finishing with a time of 4:06.09.

Shippensburg took home their 14
th consecutive team title and Slippery Rock came in second. The Mounties finished 13
th as a team.
