ROCHESTER, N.Y.- The Mansfield Track and Field distance athletes were in action competing at the Nazareth Alumni Opener, hosted by Nazareth College on Friday December 9.

Senior Bailey Morgan and junior Anna Duncan competed in the women's mile. Morgan claimed a tenth-place finish with a time of 5:40.38. Duncan finished 12^th crossing the finish in a time of 5:47.14.

In the men's mile, Seth Neal was the top Mountie finisher clocking in at 4:51.58 which was good for 15^th place. Freshman Derek Simpson opened his career with a 18^th place finish and a time of 4:53.72.

Senior Brenden Sofo opened his season finishing second in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.28.
