GREENSBURG, Pa. – Junior
Paige Whitfield notched her first-career double-double to lead the Mansfield University women's basketball team, which fell to PSAC foe Seton Hill University, 71-60 in the conference opener on Saturday afternoon, Nov. 23.
Trailing 44-33 out of the break, the Mounties (2-3, 0-1 PSAC) outscored the Griffins (4-0, 1-0 PSAC), 18-14 in the third quarter to cut the deficit to seven heading into the final quarter of action.
