BLOOMSBURG – Lyndsey Payne turned in another top 5 performance to lead the Mountaineer women's cross country team at the Bloomsburg Invitational on Saturday.
 
Payne finished the 6K course at 23:38 to finish fourth overall in a field of over 70 athletes. Payne has registered a top 5 results in each of her three races this season.
 
Lauran Ensminger finished 37^th overall at 25:19 with Grace Canchola coming in with a time of 27:08 to finish 55^th. Shelby Alexander was 58^th at 27:26 and Rochelle Myers 61^st at 28:02 to complete Mansfield's top 5 finishers.
 
The Mounties finished 7^th overall as a team.
 
Mansfield prepares for the 2019 PSAC Championships on Friday, Oct. 25 in Bloomsburg.
