MANSFIELD – Mansfield and No. 5 Millersville played even in the first half, but the Marauders turned up the offensive pressure in the second half to come away with a 2-0 win Saturday night at Karl Van Norman Field.

Millersville (4-2, 0-0 PSAC) held an 11-7 shots advantage in the first half with penalty corners even at four apiece.

Mansfield hosts Mercyhurst on Wednesday in the first game of the season that will count toward conference standing. The Mountaineers defeated Mercyhurst 2-1 earlier this season.
