HOUGHTON, N.Y. – Charlsie Bowen hit a season PR in the pole vault to move into the top 20 nationally at the Highlander Invitational.
 
Bowen cleared 3.65 meters to move into fourth on the conference pole vault list and 19^th nationally. The mark also qualifies the senior for the ECAC Championship meet in March. Bowen cleared 3.50 meters on her second attempt then registered a season PR at the next height on her first attempt.
 
Bowen also took third in the 60-meter hurdles at 9.54.
 
Erin Sheridan hit a college best of 2.90 meters in the pole vault.
 
Quanda Williams raced to an indoor personal best in the 400-meter with her time of 1:02.47 to finish fourth. Jenny Bellefluer took third in the 60-meter dash at 8.11.
 
Finishing third in the triple jump was Alexis Bittel who recorded a distance of 10.19 meters. Bittel was also sixth in the long jump at 4.60 meters.
 
Nicholas Auchenbach placed second in the 400-meter run at 51.43 and was seventh in the 200m at 23.60.
 
Eric Evans hit a college best of 7.32 to finish sixth in 60-meter dash. Evans also hit a college best in the 200m at 24.72.
 
Bryce Steiner also registered a college best in the 200m at 25.2.
 
Chris Carlsen won the triple jump and hit a PSAC qualifying mark at 12.90 meters. That distance puts Carlsen 12^th in the conference in the triple.
 
Tyler Olrogg hit a personal best in the 800-meter run and took sixth at 2:05.19. Travis Keefe also notched a PR in the 800m, besting his previous time by four seconds to record a 2:10.67.
 
Lyndsey Payne registered a personal best in the 800m at 2:34.03. Kenzie Jones ran her first college 800m finishing eighth with a time of 2:32.52.
 
Winning his first collegiate meet was Ryan Clifford who hit a personal best in the mile at 4:38.74.
 
The Mounties travel to Cornell next weekend.
