MANSFIELD – Mansfield University women's soccer takes on the California Vulcans (PA) on Saturday at Karl Van Norman Field as a part of Light Up Mansfield Again 2017.
Saturday's contest is also a part of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Fall Sportsmanship Week. Through the campaign, athletes showcase their commitment to sportsmanship alongside the NCAA's RESPECT initiative.
Kick-off is set for 2 p.m. The pregame ceremonies will include an international walk-out with the two teams shaking hands prior to competition.

The Mountaineers enter the weekend at 1-7-1 overall and in PSAC play.

Bria Bittiger leads the women with six shots on goal.
California is 1-7-1 overall with a win over Pitt-Johnstown. The Vulcans have gone 1-3 on the road dropping a 3-0 loss to IUP on Wednesday.
There will also be a fireworks display during the national anthem prior to the start of the game.
