th at IC4A Championships
BOSTON – The men's distance medley relay team hit a season-best time to highlight Mansfield track & field at the 83rd IC4A Indoor Track & Field Championships in Boston.
The DMR team of
Quashaun Jaquay Willis,
Nicholas Auchenbach,
Ben Drexler and
Joelsen Resimo hit a time of 10:13.7 to finish 17
th overall. The Mounties bettered their time of 10:14.11 set last week at the PSAC Indoor Championships. Mansfield moved up four places from its seed time. Mansfield was the only Division II team in the field with all others coming from Division I programs.
Charlsie Bowen opened the day by clearing 3.60 meters on her first attempt, but was unsuccessful on three tries at 3.75 meters. The sophomore finished 11th overall in the field.
Allison Macon finished 22nd overall in the mile with her time of 5:06.38.
