SLIPPERY ROCK – Senior Allison McCurry capped off an impressive career by racing to All-Region honors at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships hosted by Slippery Rock University on Saturday morning.
 
McCurry, coming off an All-PSAC performance at the conference championship two weeks ago, turned in a time of 23:46 to finish 17^th overall and earn All-Region accolades for the second straight season. The senior's pace for the 6K run was 6:23.
 
McCurry is a two-time All-PSAC and All-Region performer and was a member of the 2013 PSAC Championship team that finished a program-best 10^th at the NCAA Championships in Spokane, Wash.
 
On the men's side, sophomore Ryan Clifford finished 37^th overall at his first career regional championship. Clifford's 5:38 pace on the 10K course was good for a time of 34:53.
