Mansfield Athletics

Drew Patrick was named assistant sports information director at Mansfield in the summer of 2019 after serving a two-year stint as the digital media intern beginning in 2017.
 
Patrick was the project lead on the launch of Mansfield’s live streaming video platform, Mountie All-Access, which broadcast its first event in the Fall of 2017. In his time at Mansfield, Patrick continued to enhance the quality and coverage of Mountie All-Access through his broadcasting, production, and leadership of staff.
 
He was also responsible for the creation and implementation of Mounties Midweek, a weekly show dedicated to Mansfield Athletics featuring game highlights, interviews, and special segments.
 
A native of Wellsboro, Pa., Patrick came to Mansfield after earning his bachelor of science in journalism and public relations from Edinboro University. At Edinboro, Patrick served as the sports director of the WFSE student radio station calling play-by-play of seven different sports and hosted a morning sports talk show. Patrick also worked as the Co-General Manager/Sports Director for Edinboro Television.
 
Patrick served as an anchor/correspondent with the Wellsboro Home Page Network beginning in 2015. He created the interview segment Making the Cut and hosted a sports talk podcast Beyond the Whistle with Drew Patrick.
